I went through this search before. Even ordering direct from producer countries, about 15cm is as wide as can be found (and then rarely, 10-12cm usually the largest size). The closest for most uses would be (heavy/heavy duty) compression fabrics (spandex, usually). People most often use them for sports bras and compression leggings.
