Yes but the long term solution is of course - as in anything - education. One thing wrong with America is that the richest country in the world does not produce the best education for its kids. That too will change. And it is a priority for Kamala Harris so plenty of good developments will happen in her 8 years in office, also with a better education system to get a better educated electorate :-)
