Biden could have said, "We disagree with the ICC's actions but realize it is an independent body. We believe in the order of the United Nations and while we disagree in the most strenuous terms we have no choice but to accept it's actions."
But he failed to rise to the moment once again
I don't want him to lose. I don't think he should lose. He should do everything he can to NOT lose.
