Didn’t have anything sweet in the house so found an easy recipe for these. They’re sort of a cross between a biscuit and a jam tart. Made with homemade jam, homemade marmalade, and lemon curd. Made 12, left them to cool and came back to find my family had discovered them and tucked in already! #Baking
