But I’ve also tried to keep an eye on improving my physical 💪 & mental 🧠effectiveness while on my rabbit hole journey. 😎
Here’s what’s worked for me:
1) 7min/day deep breathing routine
2) 10-20min/day meditation
Goal of 1.5hr/week
3) Walk/hike an average of 4+miles/day in each month & year
4) 45min full body workout w/ KBs
Goal is 2-3x/week
5) 1hr float tank session
Goal is 2x/month
6) 2hr deep tissue massage
Goal is 1x/month
7) Complete 4 books a month on topics not specifically about this 🟠🟣.
