Today's workout:
Woke up, did 5 minutes of preparatory practice for pullups and dips (negatives, single reps, position holds, etc.)
Dog park: dynamic stretches, static stretches, and 3x35 seconds isometric holds for chest, trapezius, upper back and lats.
Later I did a 20 minute jog, followed up by 5 minutes of crunches, 5 minutes of supermans, and 3x35 seconds each of pushups, air squats, handstands, and cartwheels.
Every day is leg day if you don't obliterate yourself.
