To sync stuff to my computer (including photos), I've been using Proton Drive. Google is notoriously cancel happy, so I'm not one to trust a product from Google is going to be around tomorrow. I don't use any Apple products either, if I can help it, but I thought Drive worked on macOS. Could be wrong.
