This reminds me of working in Cyber Security. Proficient hackers call anyone with lesser knowledge a 'noob'. There's some humour to it at times, but the fact that the proficient hackers were once noobs seems to escape their memory.
As for a book, I'd say: The Republic by Plato.
I came away from it as a better thinker and more creative with my ideas. It's had a great impact on me as a person.
No more living like a normie!
