so here's the thing, if this is true, then that means WHILE paddock was shooting, there was someone calling the cops phoning fake calls to all the hotels, but if this isn't true then there were attacks at almost 20 hotels down the strip. the problem is that paddock definitely did not act alone, but the police claim he did.
