Me: 'yeah kinda - everyone CAN be both. However, as one of my favourite writers said, the problem begins when you start treating people like things. Don't treat people like things and you never run the risk of being either an asshole or a dick, or both. Treat people as you want to be treated.'
Colleague: 'yeah that's what you see wrong everywhere in the world. Politics, economics, everything.'
