I’m genuinely curious to learn more about this chicken = poison. 🤔 Is it just a personal dislike? Or an actual concern?

Since getting alpha-gal syndrome and now being severely allergic to all mammal food products, I eat a LOT of chicken.

We’ve grown many of our own, but we still eat some from the butcher or the store.
