He did an idiot thing. And I’m inclined to go with this for now, because Andy has had a good track record until now, and we don’t have the full story.
Even very smart people like Andy do stupid things and often don’t know how to react to backlash. But also, drunk, high, mental illness, account compromised, whatever… doesn’t necessarily make him a bad person, just probably doesn’t have what it takes to be a CEO right now.
But for so many people this is life and death, so regardless of the ‘why’ we have to leave.
