A fun user interface on an order form...
Firstly, I assumed the "If" meant this is an optional field, but it is not.
Secondly it says "enter this number", not enter your number, and has a number shown, which looks like a valid number of 07400 123456. Is that the number you are expected to enter? Confused.
I bet whoever has that number is pissed.
