npub1hme8pvkgfarcrp98200eqd5p5ur6eqwm7a0zc4md7s5umdqdlsasknafqt (npub1hme…afqt) There isn't one universal scale like this. What's easy to grow depends on how much sunshine you get, what kind of soil you have, possibly how much water and fertiliser you can afford, whether you have or can afford a greenhouse, what kind of harmful pests or beneficial soil fungi you gave around, and in some cases such as with pineapples, whether you know the sneaky trick. And sometimes, there's other concerns. For example, it may be easy to grow potatoes, but can you afford the hard work to get tonnes and tonnes of them out of the ground in the autumn if you don't have a machine to do it, or fuel to power the machine? And once they're out of the ground and in the cellar, do you need special refrigeration to convince the potatoes that it's not time to start growing again? Because when a potato smells springtime, it wants to make more potatoes, and it can't read, so it's hard to explain to it that because of the Warming Globe, your cellar warming up doesn't mean it's the time.
