"content": "we have a whole government department and taxpayers funds dedicated to persuading billionaires to come live on our island and receive a private capped tax rate. I mean - at one level it’s hilarious. Except my daughter’s mate regularly sleeps in her car and her Mum smokes the money needed to go in the electricity metre. So not so hilarious.",
