Same with 'solving' hunger, poverty, racism, stupidity... Politicians USE these talking points to hide their true intent. What the WHO really wants is very, very different from its published charter, for example.
Humanity is morally bankrupt, always was, and the few who are still ethical and rational cannot make a big difference.
Even if you do not believe in the existence of God, you cannot deny the struggle of Humanity against moral decay. Nobody can 'solve' this.
