Hillary Clinton managed to torpedo her own campaign without any help from the NYT (which I stopped subscribing to because of their support for the Iraq War, which HRC also supported).
In particular, her fixation on the meaningless "popular vote" which led her repeatedly campaign in California while ignoring the midwestern states that actually lost her the election, will go down as one of the greatest unforced errors in American politics.
