Still can't track down the random powering off of my desktop. It sounds like a relay clicks when it happens which would point to a power thing, but things like the power light and ethernet status lights stay on and blinking. So the powersupply isn't totally cutting out, and I just hit it with as much load as I could (3DMark loop in VM with the GPU, compiling Servo) which should theoretically draw as much power as possible but no dice.
So I'm still confused. Might try a newer kernel version? It doesn't feel like a kernel issue though because there's no panic or anything.
