I don’t understand this obsession with draining exchanges. Reserves drop and then prices rise and more coins get moved to exchanges to cash out. They never actually empty. I don’t suppose they will even after the death of fiat, as there may be other higher layers or institutions that aren’t fixed to the base layer.
