my new-to-me HP mini pc was taking like TEN MINUTES to get through the BIOS every time i booted it up or rebooted it, driving me crazy, spent like an hour fiddling with different things, then on some Reddit forum, someone was like "it worked after i unplugged my RGB mouse, those things take too much power" MOTHERFUCKER IT WAS THE RGB MOUSE.
