while I would defend my analogy even if my American history is not as strong as yours, it was a sophistic point, a what if. I don't think America should give back Texas, I just want you to consider how you'd feel if an attempt was made. These are land disputes and they're not decided by honour or validity, but by power. They always are and always will be.
