Some interpret this to mean everything is fake except biology, but biological determinism is loaded up with the same garbage assumptions, e.g., every AFAB person is supposed to get pregnant because "that's what their bodies are for" and they shouldn't bother physically competing with men because "men are inherently stronger." A lot of anti-feminist and anti-trans stuff is rooted in the desire to justify these pre-existing prejudices somehow.
