Stop the taxpayer-funded free food, free housing, free phones, free debit cards, etc. Make immigrants compete for the same jobs and housing that citizens do.

If you want to go farther, turn the handouts around. Steal 50% of immigrants' income to hand out to citizens. That'll reduce the flood to a trickle.
