The one hardware issue I’ve had and continue to have is any time the system is loaded with a heavy task and/or unoptimized software the lemur decibel rating approaches that of a hair dryer.
Other than that for my purposes lemur is lightweight, and fast. System76 has FOSS philosophy, and aims to eventually build their own hardware.
