My time in Philly taught me a lot about all of this commie nonsense. As you said, they pushed the "believe all women" BS, but they also lowered the bar for what is DV/rape. Before DV/rape had to have, in the least, bruises and some jizz. But these shelters began advocating that DV is invisible and it got to the point in Philly these shelters were claiming that any male is a rapist in waiting (despite not knowing how a man's cock actually works).
