Honestly though, if slapping together a mongodb® and an event bus + lambda® with some magic cloud bullshit works better than self-hosting (on aws) this postgres-celery-redis thing we have that explodes when you look at it slightly wrong it'd be so funny. Especially for me, notoriously having not touched any server stuff in seven years in this company.
