Even though these are very hot days (even though they say next week will be even hotter), last year around this time I was weak due to some issues, and I felt crushed by the heat. Despite higher temperatures this year, I feel good and, even though I feel the heat, I am optimistic and positive about the energy I have. I feel almost the same energy I had at 20... at least until 10 PM :-) #hotdays #summerheat #optimism
