Is that file an encrypted export of LastPass? Or are you using another method to store your passwords offline?

Any specific reason why you are using LastPass anyway? The way you describe how you use your password manager, you seem like a prime candidate for something like KeePass. Or at the very least I'd suggest trying out Bitwarden (they're completely open source, something you might appreciate as a Linux user) but compare favourably with LastPass ✌️😊
