This stops the NHS from sorting out the real inefficiencies which are in processes.
An example, a friend of mine had unexplained serious pain. A trip to a&e discovered blood in their urine. They needed tests and an MRI. An efficient NHS would have done the tests and MRI then and there. 1/2
