Just tried to submit a DMCA Takedown on behalf of a client, using Facebook's online system... and got errors after trying 6 times.

Then sent via email to its DMCA agent on record with the USCO... and got a response that they will not process the report UNLESS IT IS SUBMITTED ONLINE using their system.

This is in violation of the law, of course. But Meta doesn't care.
