There's a row brewing over business rates, with the Labour Govt. tapering down relief(s) that the Tories would have ended completely in 2025, while leaving such relief still above the rate it was in 2019 (when the relief system was revamped).

Although it is generally recognised the business rates system needs completely reorganising, its clear there is going to be a lot of sound & light from businesses before we get to a 'better' system.
