When I was a teenager I had a druid style coat. not quite a cloak, but close. A bit like this but winter thicker and without the stripes. It kind of had an emperor Palpatine vibe as well. Miss it even to this day. The goth/emo kids in the neighbourhood were very much where did you get that?
