It's expensive at first perhaps, but once you're fat adapted you'll only eat once, max twice a day. You also just drink water and sparkling water, maybe some coffee or tea.

So once you compare that to buying expensive drinks and eating frequently on a SAD diet, it's usually around the same cost, if not cheaper.
