I remember when this started to happen in Mennonite churches. I always found it off-putting.
When my sis's fam lived in Dallas, they apparently went to one of those mega-Baptist churches which to me seem like the very opposite of Christianity. They forgot what Jesus said, if they ever knew.
And the Christians on X are worse than most atheists I know.
