Some good discussion here at about an hour in re: centaurs and reverse centaurs. I disagree strongly on “car too deferential to pedestrians”, because the takeover of public spaces by cars is a very prominent, historic and under examined instance of enshittification, where public thoroughfares were enshittified for the benefit of car companies.
Interesting nonetheless.
