It will ensure that you have the a full working RevenueCat setup. If anything goes wrong after a working StoreKit Config File setup, it can be pointed to an issue in App Store Connect and not in RevenueCat.
I'd probably give the SK Config File a try first to see if that helps narrow down where the problem is.
