if my cat walked across my keyboard while i had GPL licensed code open in a text editor, and whatever edits made to the code happened to be useful, would it still be GPL licensed? would my cat be allowed to decide a license? would the code written by my cat be considered in the public domain, similarly to photographs taken by animals?
