"content": "Good advice. I find reading so healing and around Thanksgiving I started ending my night reading in bed w/my phone in another room. Between immersing myself in a book and getting rid of the phone on my nightstand, I’m obsessing much less about ::all this 🇺🇸💩:: . Accepting that I can keep informed without checking in/being online all day has been good for my mental health. Boundaries.",
