I tried my filament splicing (fusing? joining?) technique today with about a dozen pieces and put together a multi-color spool of scraps.

The technique uses a candle, two 3D printed parts (with two nuts/bolts) and a candle.

It takes a little practice but I’m very pleased. (And I’m printing with it now.)
