soggy donkey herder on Nostr: Found the family tucked in the wormy dirt between the house compost bin and the wire ...
Found the family tucked in the wormy dirt between the house compost bin and the wire fence, about ten feet away from the coop. Ninja was dust bathing, which must feel *great* after a month in the coop. It’s not literally under cover, but the space is far too small for a bad bird to swoop down on them. Just a great momma hen, five stars for Ninja. Gave them some bread and grain and left them alone again.
One of the babies did its first Big Flap 😍
