Try carrying a tall glass full to the brim of the liquid of your choice. Carry it from one end of a long hall or field or boulevard, through a crowd of people too thick to swing a cricket bat in, perhaps over uneven or otherwise difficult terrain.
It's highly doubtful you're going to make it all the way to the other side without spilling a drop. You'll probably stumble at points, jerk suddenly to avoid walking into people at other points, and be jostled at other points. When that happens, some of the liquid will slosh out of your glass.
Exactly *what* sloshes out, obviously, depends on what's in the glass. Water, coke, wine, beer, poison....
It's the same with a person. We're all carrying around hearts full of something (kindness, love, patience, anger, hatred, bigotry...) and when life knocks you around, whatever you're full of is going to spill over.
Full your heart with the right stuff.
