my local cafe straight up just buys Costco muffins and re-sells them to me at a markup. and I'm straight up fine with that because sometimes you just want to have one (1) Costco muffin rather than being forced to buy 24 of them in a single transaction. this is what is referred to as "Keynesian Economics"
