I haven’t, but I’ve heard (mostly) good things. It seems to be slightly less private than robosats, because Bisq transactions are pretty easy to identify on-chain. (Of course, the tradeoff with robosats is that Lightning has a wide range between “pretty private” on your own node with the right channel partners, and a custodial wallet with big LSPs).
But in general I’ll always recommend robosats as a great tool
