I never said that Turner was not mosaic, I was the one who brought up the fact that all Turner is thought to be a result of an XY zygote (mosaicism is an obvious outcome of that in the X0 female). We were just discussing XX males which are *not* Y mosaics as far as anyone knows.
In any case I don't think there is any material disagreement other than that sex is ultimately about reproductive potential (organs, who cell types are spatially arranged and what reproductive functions those arrangements allow in terms of gamete type.
