Yesterday, Russia struck the Ukrainian city of Poltava (population 280,000), hitting a an educational institution and a hospital with long range missiles.
At least 41 people killed, 180 wounded.
Poltava is located approximately 150 kilometers from the frontlines. This is not the Russian army fighting the Ukrainian army. This is just Putin terrorism.
