Direct action of that scale seems unlikely, especially since most of what you describe can be done by cyber attacks. It would have similar impact and wouldn't necessarily trigger all-out war with the US.

Disruption and fear would be the weapons of choice, I'd wager, because there is nothing Russia could meaningfully do on US soil that would prevent the US from being able to confront them on the battlefield - the US military is already too mobalized abroad.
