i'm trying to, nowadays ! but there was a time i felt like what Tony writes in the article
(and i still do sometimes)
there's a long story with cPTSD and what made me prone to seeing this as a life or death issue in the first place, but i'm not going to get into that
i stepped back for a while, and am trying to do what i can now, but while keeping my own limits and self-worth in mind
