I used --keep-video --keep-fragments
and it looks like the audio is the same both times, and all video fragments *except the first one* are also the same.
The merged video, as well as the combined audio-video, obviously differ too, and it's possible that the first fragment is the only reason for the difference.
Now why would the first fragment be different...?
