Somehow we're in credit on our energy bills. We have overpaid in the past year because we just don't use what they "estimate" (even with a "smart" meter!)
Just got a letter from our energy supplier saying, in anticipation of us using extra energy over winter they want to put our monthly bill up.
How does this get resolved? Does their "smart" system figure it out, will customer service do it? Nope, *we* have to write to *them* saying we're not paying the extra and why.

Same as we did last year 🙄
