But, I’d encourage you that we all have some choices we can make. Whether it be what we eat when we have a choice, whether we’re careful to get as close to adequate rest as we can, or even how we choose to view the world or treat other people. I’d put all those things under the category of wellness. We can’t do more than we’re capable of, but we can do the best with what we have. 🙂
